Clear rules for fundraising and giving.

Sahyog's full legal policy suite is being prepared for launch. The platform will publish dedicated Marketplace Terms, donor and fundraiser terms, privacy notice, refund and payout policies, verification rules, prohibited campaigns, grievance procedures, managed-programme terms, and separate Sahyog Cloud and CSR terms.

Current launch principles

• Campaign approval is not automatic.
• Donation recipient and fund route must be disclosed.
• 80G eligibility is never implied by listing on Sahyog.
• Foreign contributions are not accepted in the domestic launch flow.
• Suspected fraud may result in campaign suspension and payment review.
• Payment, review and ledger records are designed to remain auditable.

These launch principles are not a substitute for the final legal terms. Final policies will be published before public fundraising is enabled.
